since version 189 I made couple new versions - which were used mainly to convert data to FINREP - not very useful  for end users. Version 220 can format Trial Balance - Budget and version 221 checks your windows international setting at the moment of launching Oraculum. If the country setting do not agree to English - United States it gives you a warning message.
